SB 28 – Digital Equity

UPAS leaders thoroughly supported SB-28 (authored by CA Senator Ana Caballero) because we believe that every student, every family, and every zip code should have access to broadband high-speed internet. UPAS sent legislators hundreds of support emails. As a result, SB-28 was signed into law by California Governor Gavin Newsom!
