“Fight Back!” UPAS 6th Annual Assembly

Over 500 parents and students attended the 6th Annual UPAS Assembly :Fight Back! hosted at Los Angeles City Hall. UPAS leaders were joined by Assemblymember Reggie Jones-Sawyer, Senator Miguel Santiago, the Housing and Community Investment Department, Office of Violence Prevention, and more to develop joint organizing strategies to increase access to credit, affordable housing, violence prevention, addressing the digital divide and food justice.
