Community Wellness and Resource Fair

United Parents and Students hosted its third annual Community Wellness and Resource Fair, held at Alain Leroy Locke College Preparatory Academy in collaboration with the Office of Councilmember Harris-Dawson. Over 300 families attended this event. We invited the local community to the campus for a day of fun with resources, food, giveaways, and entertainment, all provided free of charge. We partnered with community organizations to offer medical and dental screenings, and connections to financial planning services, mental health resources, child care resources, higher education planning, scholarship information, and more for attending families.
